Terms of service

Reviewsly connects to your Google Business Profile account, displays your reviews, generates replies using artificial intelligence following your instructions and — if you enable it — publishes them automatically on Google at the time you choose.

The service is reserved for adult professionals. You warrant that you are the owner or an authorised manager of the locations you connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.

No reply is published automatically until you enable automation. By enabling it, you expressly authorise Reviewsly to publish on your behalf, on the selected locations, AI-generated replies to reviews matching the criteria you defined (ratings covered, reply time, optional catch-up of recent reviews).

This authorisation is recorded with its date and scope. Any widening of the scope will be asked of you again. You can pause or disable automation, or disconnect your Google account, at any time.

You are responsible for your writing instructions and for the replies published on your behalf. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: we recommend testing your instructions on your existing reviews before publishing them, and checking published replies regularly.

You agree not to use the service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or contrary to Google's rules.

Replies are published through the official Google Business Profile API and remain subject to Google's rules and moderation. Google may refuse, delay or remove a reply. We guarantee neither the publication nor the continued availability of a reply, and are not responsible for Google's decisions regarding your profile.

Reviewsly is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Paid plans may be introduced; you will be informed in advance and no payment will be requested without your agreement.

We use our best efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party providers (notably Google and OpenAI) whose outages may affect it.

Reviewsly, its brand and its software remain our property. You retain all rights to your content (instructions, replies published on your behalf).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage resulting from a breach attributable to us. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage, including reputational harm resulting from the content of a reply generated according to your instructions.

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms or abusive use.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [to be completed].
